Welcome to Hello Order Marketing (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including photography and videography for food and restaurant marketing. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
Hello Order Marketing provides:
- Professional food photography and videography for restaurants.
- Editing and post-production of images and videos.
- Marketing materials for restaurant promotions.
- Social media content creation (if applicable).
We do not provide website development, social media management, or other services unless explicitly agreed.
2. Booking and Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
- Payment terms (e.g., upfront, instalments) will be agreed upon before service begins.
- Additional charges apply for extra work beyond the agreed scope.
- Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions (see Section 6).
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth service, the client must:
- Provide accurate information about their requirements.
- Ensure restaurant availability for scheduled shoots.
- Obtain permissions for shooting at the location.
- Review and approve content within the agreed timeframe.
Failure to cooperate may result in delays or additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- Hello Order Marketing retains ownership of all photos and videos until full payment is made.
- After payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for marketing.
- We may showcase selected work in our portfolio, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
Clients may not sell, distribute, or modify our work without permission.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations may incur a fee.
- Rescheduling is allowed once without additional charges. Further changes may incur extra costs.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- Service not delivered due to our fault.
- Content quality significantly differs from the agreed standard.
No refunds for:
- Change of mind after service completion.
- Delays caused by the client.
- Dissatisfaction with creative preferences (revisions will be offered instead).
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for business losses due to marketing content.
- Technical issues (e.g., file corruption) will be resolved with replacements where possible.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and store personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our data handling practices.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
